Case Management

Our case management service aims to provide care and rehabilitation with client-centred goals founded on sound clinical reasoning as the basis for intervention.

We understand the needs of persons with serious injuries and lasting impairment and disability, the challenges they face in their daily lives and the potential they have to improve their skills or circumstances. The focus is on person-centred outcomes, quality of life and cost effectiveness of input.

The services are for young people and adults who have suffered catastrophic and life changing injuries and are disabled through personal injury or clinical negligence.

We work with multiple agencies and both claimant and defendant lawyers and insurance parties as per instructions. Instructions are accepted as single or joint instructions and we do the Immediate Needs Assessment (INA) under the Rehabilitation Code as well.

Our ethos is open and insightful communication with the client and the instructing parties. We are solution focused and driven. Our recommendations demonstrate high standards of clinical knowledge and insight into rehabilitation and also the understanding of the demands of the litigations.

We are experienced in working within, alongside the NHS and local authorities and other statutory services and the private sector.
